1.This being “Baby Maché” is a registered business and therefore use of its name by another entity or business is strictly prohibited except in cases where “Baby Maché” has given consent in writing to use its name. Baby Maché is a registered business name.
2.The advertiser confirms that it has all legal rights to use all materials provided by it to the “Baby Maché” website.
3.The advertiser confirms that all information provided by it to the “Baby Maché” website is correct, complete and not inappropriate in any way.
4.If “Baby Maché” believes that an advertisement is deemed inappropriate it has full right to refuse or remove the advertisement off the website.
5.“Baby Maché” will only publish an advertisement on its website and directory book once a signed proof of the advertisement has been received from the advertiser.
6.“Baby Maché” website & directory book is intended as an information service only and is not liable for any company and/or products which is advertised. Any issues with a product or company advertised on “Baby Maché” should be taken up with the advertiser directly.
7.The “Baby Maché” directory book will be available for disbursement in January of each calendar year and all contributions must be confirmed by September of the previous year of issue. The first edition of the “Baby Maché” Directory Book will be available from January 2009.
8.The size of the “Baby Maché” directory book and its contents will be determined per year on how many entries it accumulates.
9.All advertisements are subject to availability and compliance with product and site rules.
10.All advertising prices listed on the “Baby Maché” website are subject to change without notice.
11.If “Baby Maché” is found to be liable to an advertiser or consumer for damages or in any other way, then the quantum of such liability shall be limited to the value of consideration originally paid by the advertiser or consumer to “Baby Maché”. Advertisers and consumers indemnify “Baby Maché” for any liability or damages which arise from any breach of their obligations or warrants listed herein. Any action taken in relation to the “Baby Maché” website must be taken in a court in Queensland, Australia.
